Beskrivelse

Create a custom female-to-female pipe thread adapter for connecting male NPT and BSPP G fittings. HydraLink allows both female threads to be selected independently. Generate NPT-to-BSPP, NPT-to-NPT or BSPP-to-BSPP combinations using the supported thread sizes. The configurable hex coupling includes a continuous central bore and automatically calculated thread engagement. Adjust the body length, minimum wall thickness, thread clearance, bore safety clearance and lead-in chamfers to suit your printer and application. Typical applications include: Low-pressure pneumatic test fixtures Pressure-gauge and sensor prototypes Workshop demonstrators Hose-fitting conversions Custom equipment prototypes Thread compatibility and fit tests Both ends of the adapter contain female threads and must be connected to suitable male fittings. NPT is a tapered thread that normally seals through thread interference with an appropriate sealant. BSPP G is a parallel thread and normally requires a suitable washer, bonded seal or O-ring against the fitting face. Ralston Instruments Configure the adapter and generate your custom STL: https://www.buildyour3d.com/en/product/hydralink_npt_bspp_female_adapter_v1 The model is intended for prototypes, fixtures, demonstrators and individually verified applications. It is not a certified fitting for hydraulics, compressed gas, fuel, drinking water or other safety-critical pressure systems. BuildYour3D
