Repair a loose or torn-out cabinet hinge without replacing the entire cupboard door. This parametric cabinet hinge repair plate bridges damaged particleboard, MDF or wood around stripped hinge screw holes. The plate moves the fixing points into undamaged material and provides a stable mounting surface for a concealed furniture hinge. Configure the repair plate online, inspect the generated 3D model and download an STL made to your measurements—no CAD software required. The new outer mounting holes must reach solid, undamaged material. Confirm that the plate does not interfere with the hinge arm, cabinet edge or closing movement. PRINTING AND INSTALLATION Select material, wall thickness, infill and print orientation according to the expected load. Countersunk screw heads should finish flush with the plate without weakening it. Drill suitable pilot holes and use screws matched to the door thickness so they cannot break through the visible face. This configurable model is a repair aid and does not have a certified load rating. Check the fit carefully and test the repaired hinge under controlled conditions before normal use.
