Create a custom adapter for vacuum hoses, dust-extraction systems, workshop machines, pipes and airflow connections—directly in your browser and without CAD software. Each end can be configured independently as round, oval, flat oval, rectangular or flat rectangular. Select a male spigot that inserts into an opening or a female socket that slides over the mating part. Different dimensions automatically create a reducer or expander. A configurable bend angle and lateral offset help connect ports that are not perfectly aligned or have limited installation space. MEASURING TIPS For a female socket, measure the outside dimensions of the component that will slide inside the adapter. For a male spigot, measure the inside dimensions of the hose or opening that will fit over the adapter. Measure round connections across the diameter. For rectangular and oval ports, measure both width and height. Check the available insertion depth and surrounding clearance before generating the model. PRINTING AND SAFETY Actual fit depends on printer calibration, material shrinkage, wall thickness and surface quality. Print a short test section when an exact fit is important. For workshop dust extraction, inspect the finished adapter for cracks, leaks and adequate wall thickness. This model is intended for vacuum, ventilation and other suitable low-pressure applications. Do not use it for compressed gas, pressure vessels, hot exhaust gases, hazardous substances or safety-critical systems.
