Obviously, my son didn't want to clean the electric skillet and as he was tossing it around in the sink, he wrecked the original probe cover underneath the frying pan where the thermostat dial plugs in. Created a replacement and the skillet is back in action. Hopefully somebody else has the same problem! Oh yah…keep the original screws to mount the new one. Model information is in one of the pics.
