Welcome to Version 2 of the Rugged Backpack Strap Clamp. My redesigned version takes everything you loved about the original and makes it much more simple to print. No heat-set inserts, no screws, and no multi-material (AMS) printing required. The revised clamping mechanism sandwiches your backpack webbing securely, ensuring a permanent hold that won’t slide around under pressure. I've included two versions, one is for a tighter fit and one is for a looser fit. It can be scaled for whatever your webbing widths are. No supports are required, though the finish may be nicer with them. I do recommend PETG or ABS, but PLA should work fine too. Its just more brittle and can cause the snap to break with repeated opening and closing. If you have any suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them!
