The idea is simple: avoid AMS and reduce filament waste by offering multi-part models so everyone can choose their own colors using a single-extruder printer — no purge tower, no forced material changes. Each piece is designed to be easy to print, assemble, and customize to match your style. New ZKULL editions will be released regularly, so feel free to share your ideas! I hope you enjoy the collection, and I can’t wait to see your prints. ZKLOWN (ZKULL EDITION #11) They don’t laugh. They move. Three silhouettes too colorful to ignore, too silent to feel safe. Their hair bursts in shocks of red, green, yellow, not colors, but gentle warnings dressed as fun. They cross the city the way you walk through a half-forgotten dream. Their steps make no sound, yet each one seems to announce something a party that never happened, a carnival that misplaced its music, a smile drifting between two streetlights. Their padded outfits sway with the wind, as if the fabric itself can’t decide between mischief and unease. Ruffles whisper, oversized shoes bounce on the asphalt, and their bright red noses catch every glimmer like tiny beacons in the urban night. The street watches them pass. A child sees a parade. An adult sees a sign. The truth wanders somewhere in between. ZKLOWN is the craft of existing on the edge, not funny, not frightening, simply… other. A presence that shifts the air, changes the mood, redirects a glance. When they slip around the corner, something lingers behind them: the feeling that you've crossed paths with something belonging neither to the circus nor the street… but to that uncertain little space where imagination hides. Summary Model designed in multiple parts, assembled using friction-fit connectors. The pieces fit together without glue, provided your material tolerances and printer calibration are accurate. The supplied files already include optimized orientations (for supports and positioning) — do not reorient the parts unless you know exactly what you’re doing. Printing Instructions Keep the provided settings: the included Bambu Lab / Bambu Studio profiles have been tested for this model and can be used as-is for reliable printing. Orientation and Supports All parts are pre-oriented in the files to minimize supports and simplify post-processing. Do not globally reorient the parts; if you adjust one, check how it affects support generation. Assembly – Recommended Method Dry fit first: Assemble all parts without glue to confirm alignment and tolerances. Cleanup: Deburr or lightly sand the edges and pegs with a file or modeling tool for smooth contact. Fine adjustments: Too tight → very light sanding (grit 200–400). Too loose → apply a thin strip of PLA/PTFE tape on the peg (discreetly) or a small drop of glue. Optional glue: Use cyanoacrylate (CA) glue for permanent joints. Small parts (buttons, tips): Depending on your printer’s accuracy, you may need to glue the small details for proper stability. Back patch / logo: It is recommended to glue the back emblem securely for long-term stability. Final check: Verify pattern alignment and mobility (if any parts are movable). Recommended Print Settings Layer height: 0.12–0.20 mm (use 0.12 mm for fine detail). Perimeters (walls): 2–3. Infill: 10–20% (increase for load-bearing pieces). Top/bottom layers: 4. Supports: Use the provided orientations — Bambu Studio and the included profiles handle them effectively. Bed adhesion: Use a skirt if conta
