Boost Me (for free) Thank you for your support, each boost encourages me a little more ! :) Boost Splash Bucket Lamp (No Ams - Multipart) Liquid Energy - Frozen Motion This sculptural lamp captures the precise moment when matter bursts out of its container. Inspired by the raw aesthetic of paint in motion, Splash Bucket Lamp transforms a dynamic splash into a striking luminous design object. Blending street culture, graphic aesthetics, and contemporary sculpture, the bucket becomes a symbol of creation in action. The liquid projection appears suspended in time, like a wave frozen at the peak of its energy. When illuminated from within, the material takes on a new dimension. Light flows through the organic splash forms, revealing curves, tension, and depth. The effect is both soft and dramatic, creating a subtle contrast between the solidity of the container and the freedom of movement. Designed as both a decorative night light and a bold display piece, it naturally fits on a desk, shelf, or showcase, somewhere between an art toy, a pop object, and a modern sculpture. Even when turned off, its expressive silhouette remains a strong visual focal point. Each part has been designed for simple assembly and flexible customization. A KC007 lamp can be inserted into the base of the bucket to illuminate the interior and enhance the liquid splash effect. A cable routing channel is included in the base. The KC007 housing has been designed with optimized tolerances to securely hold the lamp without glue. However, depending on the filament used (and its shrinkage characteristics), the fit may vary slightly. If needed, light sanding or a small drop of glue can be applied. The model consists of multiple parts, allowing a wide range of color combinations between the bucket and the splash. Matte, satin, or translucent finishes, create your own version. I can’t wait to see your color and filament combinations 🙂 _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Printing Recommendations & Important Settings It is essential to use the provided 3MF file and strictly follow the slicer settings to achieve the best results. Special attention should be given to the supports on the outer shell. Incorrect support settings may cause breakage or surface damage when removing them after printing. The settings listed below have been extensively tested to ensure easy assembly and a clean final finish. For the liquid splash part, supports are generated inside the piece to ensure print stability. These supports can be removed easily, but with care, using pliers. Simply hold the support branch firmly, gently twist it back and forth, then pull carefully to remove it without damaging the surface. Regarding light diffusion, the result shown in the images (lamp turned on in a dark environment) was achieved using white matte PLA. A stronger lighting effect can be obtained using translucent filament.
