The focus was on ensuring a bottle can be opened on the first try without frustration The model is designed for washers of the following size: Outer diameter: Ø12mm Thickness: 1.60 mm You can buy them in a hardware store or directly from Bambulab (link). Since material thickness can vary due to manufacturing tolerances, the model is available for different sheet metal thicknesses. Available variants: 1,50mm (-0,10) 1.55 mm (-0,05) 1,60mm (standard) 1,65 mm (+0,05) 1,70mm (+0,10) I recommend starting with 1.60 mm. For a perfect fit you can print the small test part with all 5 slots: Ideally, the washer would slide into the groove without resistance and wobble as little as possible to prevent noise. Assembly: Part overview: Insert the washer. The sharp-edged side faces inward. The rounded side faces outward: Add the cap. It should fit without glue. If not, please add a small amount of glue. If the cap is too tight, it can be scaled down slightly. Print settings: Both parts: Arachne wall generator 6 walls 50% infill Cap only: 0.12 mm layer height
