Beskrivelse

This print-in-place grip pliers was designed as a benchmark model for multi-material printing with the Bambu Lab X2D. It also serves as a functional benchmark, similar to the well-known Benchy, but focused on real-world usability and offering the option to print in multi-material. It was printed using: Left nozzle: TPU for AMS (flexible grip pads+spring) Right nozzle: PLA (main body) This model was featured in my Bambu Lab X2D Unboxing & Review video on my YouTube channel. MM1: Multi-material version: The first multi-material version combining PLA and TPU for improved grip and comfort. The integrated spring mechanism still has room for improvement. Every verion has a Loose version, which has slightly more clearance to ensure the two parts move freely right after printing. SM1/SM2/SM3: Single Material: 3 versions of serrated jaws for improved grip SM1: No serrated jaws SM2: Only end piece had serrating SM3: full serrated jaws I chose not to include the spring in the single material pliers because does not work for a lot of times Boost Me (for free) Boost this model if you like this and want to support my work!
