Join Update 1.1 (2026-04-12): - The wing mechanism was completely redesigned with a focus on stability. - The connection between the outer wing and inner wing was improved. - Color bleeding on the wing and body was fixed. - Misaligned / off-center back spike was corrected. Same functionality as before, but optimized for stability and visual details. ⚠️The print time is based on the H2C – when using other printers it may vary! Additional print bed adhesive (e.g., 3D-Lac, hairspray for PEI, or glue stick for the Cool Plate) is strongly recommended, and the bed should be cleaned with alcohol or soap before each print to ensure optimal adhesion and high-quality results ⚠️ Flarewing is a small interactive dragon designed to stand proudly on its hind legs while featuring a fun built-in wing mechanism. By gently pressing on the dragon’s back, the wings begin to move and perform a flapping motion. The entire model is designed as a print-in-place mechanism, meaning everything prints fully assembled and ready to play right off the build plate. Interactive wing flapping mechanism Standing pose on hind legs To make printing easy for different setups, several print profiles are included: Single Color A clean single-filament print for quick and simple results. 3-Filament Multicolor – Eyes & Teeth Only the eyes and teeth are painted for subtle detail with minimal filament swaps. 3-Filament Multicolor – Eyes, Claws & Horns Adds color accents to eyes, claws and horns for a more detailed appearance. 4-Filament Multicolor A fully detailed multicolor profile with additional color separation for the most vibrant result.
