Plague Doctor Apothecary Tankard – 500ml & 330ml Can Holder Turn an ordinary drink can into a mysterious relic from a medieval apothecary workshop. The Plague Doctor Apothecary Tankard is a highly detailed, modular 3D-printable can holder designed for standard 500 ml cans. An included removable insert also allows the tankard to securely hold 330 ml cans. Additional compatibility The tankard is designed for standard 500 ml cans. If you scale the complete model to 104%, it is also large enough to fit many standard 500 ml glass bottles / beer bottles. For smaller and slimmer 330 ml cans, a free adapter insert is available separately on MakerWorld. Potion phials, herbs, rope, skull ornaments, weathered metal details and the distinctive bird-skull element give the tankard its unique character. It works perfectly as a Halloween prop, LARP accessory, cosplay display piece, fantasy decoration or simply as an unusual can holder for your desk or gaming table. Designed for easy printing One of the main features of this model is its modular construction. Instead of forcing you to print one complicated model with excessive supports, important elements are separated into individual printable parts. This offers several advantages: easier printing fewer difficult support areas easier painting different parts can be printed in different colors or materials compatible with smaller printers such as the Bambu Lab A1 Mini The complete model can be printed on an 180 × 180 mm build plate. Fully prepared 3MF files are included for both smaller build plates and standard-size printers. Can compatibility The tankard is designed for: 500 ml cans Insert the can directly into the tankard. 330 ml cans Use the included removable 330 ml adapter first, then insert the smaller can. Both sizes are designed to sit securely without being excessively tight, making the cans easy to insert and remove. A decorative cork-style top is also included. It can be placed on the tankard when no drink can is being used. Included files and parts The download contains: STL files fully prepared 3MF files main tankard body twisted handle bird-skull detail four separate feet potion phials three separate phial corks 330 ml can adapter decorative top cork two different decorative cork-detail versions additional decorative elements The modular design also makes the model especially suitable for creative multi-color printing and painting. The potion phials can optionally be printed using transparent filament for an even more convincing potion-bottle effect. Dimensions Height: approx. 200 mm Maximum width: approx. 190 mm Despite its finished size, the separated construction allows the model to be printed even on smaller machines such as the Bambu Lab A1 Mini. For maximum detail, I recommend printing at 0.12 mm layer height. For a faster print, 0.20 mm works very well. Assembly is done using CA glue / superglue. Prepared 3MF files included Two prepared 3MF setups are included: Standard build plate version For printers with build plates similar to the Bambu Lab X1C / P1 series. Small build plate version Optimized for printers such as the Bambu Lab A1 Mini. This means you can start printing without having to manually reorganize the complete project. Perfect for painting and customization The finished model offers many possibilities for weathering, dry brushing, metallic effects and fantasy painting. Print individual parts in different materials or colors, use transparent filament for the phials, or print the entire model in one material and paint it afterwards.
