Various parts for the aluminum insect screen profile available at most hardware stores in the Netherlands (Europe). See the dimensions in the cross-section image. The wall thickness is 1 mm. The visible width of the frame is 25 mm. Print four corner pieces to make a square insect screen. The hinges are fitted with a 35 mm long piece of (spring) steel with a 4 mm diameter. It locks into place in one half and rotates freely in the other. The hinges can also be taken apart so that the screen can be removed. At the bottom, I mounted a handle and two metal plates for the magnetic latches.
