The Stackable Modular Drawer System is designed as a functional and aesthetically pleasing solution to reduce desk clutter. Its modular design allows the user to stack as many modules as desired with no height limits. For detailed assembly instruction, please refer to the provided build instructions below the Print parameters. Key Features - Smooth Operation: The model is made with precise tolerances, ensuring that pieces fit together flawlessly and drawers slide easily. - Fully Customizable: The system is built for ease of assembly, allowing for an infinitely stackable and customizable setup. - Elegant Aesthetic: The design is clean and simplistic, featuring no sharp edges. Making it easy on the eyes model Specifications - Height per module: 90 mm. - Width per module: 200 mm. - Length per module: 120 mm. Print parameters This model is Highly forgiving with your print settings as it is recommended to use your preferred settings. However, to ensure optimal results for the threading of the handle and screw, specific print settings are highly recommended. only for those two files. - Layer Height : 0.1 mm. - Layer Width : 0.4 mm. - Sparse Infill Density : 8%. - Outer Wall Speed : 50 mm/s. - Inner Wall Speed : 70 mm/s. - Small Parameters Speed : 20 mm/s. - Sparse Infill Speed : 125 mm/s. - Internal Solid Infill Speed : 150 mm/s. To ensure proper threading, it is advised to maintain a low layer height and low print speeds throughout the process. Thise settings are for the screw and handle only. You are welcome to use your own preferred print settings or default printer settings for the remaining parts of the model, as both approaches will work. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Stackable Modular Drawer System Assembly Guide This guide outlines the steps to assemble your modular drawer system. Please note that glue is necessary for the assembly process. Required Components (Per module) - 1x Drawer Main body - 1x Drawer - 1x Drawer Faceplate - 1x Handle Screw - 1x Handle - 1x Topplate - 4x Feet - 4x Spacers Step one: Attaching the Feet Required Pieces: - 4x feet - 1x main body Rotate the main body upside down and apply one to two drops of glue into each of the four mounting holes, then insert the feet. Let sit till the glue dries. Note: you do not have to repeat this step when stacking drawers, only put feet on the lowest drawer Step two: Attach the Spacers Required Pieces: - 4x spacers - 1x main body used in last step With the feet glued into place. Rotate the main body so it is resting on its feet. On the top side, apply one to two drops of glue into the four mounting holes and press a spacer into each. Step three: Assembling the Drawer Faceplate and Handle Required Pieces: - 1x Drawer faceplate - 1x Handle - 1x Screw While looking at the Drawer faceplate, insert the screw into the hole from the backside (the side with the tabs) and begin to screw the handle on from the front. Note: Do not overtighten, as the plastic threads may strip. Tip: Use superglue as a thread-locking agent for a stronger connection. Step four: Assembling the Drawer into one Required Pieces: - 1x Drawer faceplate from last step - 1x Drawer To finish the drawer assembly, slide the faceplate into the drawer, using the tabs for alignment, and glue the seam to bond the two pieces together. Step 5: Assembling the Mainbody and the Drawer together Required Pieces: - 1x Drawer from last step - 1x Drawer from step 1and 2 Insert the drawer into the main body. Then, place the top plate onto the top of the drawer, aligning the holes with the spacers on the main body. Note: You may super glue the top plate down to the spacers. However, it will prevent you from stacking more drawers in the future. Stacking additional Modules: If you plan to expand your system, repeat steps 2 through 5 for each additional drawer. Avoid: Do not add feet or spacers to the bottom side of any drawer that is not the lowest module in the stack. The main body of a new drawer will rest securely on the spacers of the module beneath it. You may choose to glue stacked modules together or more ideally, leave them resting on the spacers to allow for future rearrangement without breaking a glue bond.
