Beskrivelse

Drone Rescue Gripper (DRG) / Universal Grab and Helping Hand I often fly at a model airfield, and once a week, someone is hanging from a tree or lying deep in the undergrowth. So I came up with a DRG -> Drone Rescue Gripper that can be easily screwed onto a long pole/telescopic pole. Telescopic poles from the photography and film world are the best; they are sturdy, very light, and inexpensive. What do you need? - A threaded sleeve for soldering/melting into an M6 or 1/4 UNC inch thread (photo accessories have an inch UNC thread), - A long pole/telescopic pole, - Possibly an adapter, depending on which pole/telescopic pole you want to use, - A sturdy 6mm diameter axle, which can be a tube or a dowel pin. The length is 25mm to 27mm, - A long cord (2 to 4mm), - Superglue - A 3D printer ;-) How do I put everything together? After printing all 6 parts in your desired color, take the part_3_A.stl and glue parts_4 and part_5 with superglue. These only fit in one place and position. Then, insert your at least 25mm long stable axle into the 6mm center hole. Now, use superglue to glue part_1 to part_4; this is designed to fit together in only one position. Now, insert part_2 onto a stable axle. As a final step, secure part_3_B with a little superglue and press everything together. Once all that's done and the glue is set, you can solder/melt the M6 threaded sleeve or the 1/4-UNC inch photo thread into the connection hole. I recommend the following print settings: - PLA, PLA+, PETG, ABS, PLA-CF, or PA-CF - Part 1 to Part 4 with 3 walls and an infill of approximately 15 percent - I recommend printing Part 5 with 5 walls and 10% infill
