3D-printable replacement corner hub for the Broadstone Bromley Park Screen House . This part was recreated from measurements of a damaged original hub after previous repairs stopped holding. The pole angles, socket clearances, and overall geometry were modeled from scratch so the existing frame should assemble correctly. The finished replacement was installed with the original poles and successfully returned the screen house to service. Fitment - Confirmed on the Broadstone Bromley Park Screen House - Designed from measurements of the original corner hub - Fits the original frame poles - Compatibility with other Broadstone screen house models or revisions has not been confirmed Design Notes The critical geometry was the relationship between the four pole sockets, particularly the pole angles and clearances. The hub also incorporates gusseted transitions around the central body to support the connected pole sections. Material ASA-CF was chosen for this outdoor application because of its UV and weather resistance, along with the stiffness provided by the fiber-filled material. ASA or another suitably UV-resistant outdoor filament may also be appropriate, but ASA-CF is the material I tested for this part. For fiber-filled filament, use a wear-resistant nozzle. Because this hub carries frame loads, print quality, layer adhesion, and material selection are important. Inspect the part periodically when the screen house is assembled and exposed to weather.
