For the doors where latch is on the left side. Mirror all parts for fight side mounting. For current set of lock discs 64 possible keys exists. Adding Disc with 0 degrees rotation option extends it to 729 but it will introduce weaker spot in a key and it could break there. Print as oriented in PLA 0.2 mm layer. Supports where touching build plate needed only for LockActuator.stl part. Be careful about z offset to avoid excessive elephant foot on discs. Use silicon grease on discs and spacers during assembling to make them sticky. Yo need to print LockDisc90 5 times, LockSpacer 5 times and LockDisc45 i times for the provided key. Assembling for provided key example: - Insert greased LockDisc90 into LockActuator. - Insert greased LockSpacer into LockActuator (narrower grove in LockActuator is intended for spacer tongue). - Repeat steps 1 and 2 three times. - Insert greased LockDisc45 into LockActuator. - Now test the assembled core with the key when key rotated 90 degrees the groove on discs should line up with groove on LockActuator. - Insert LockFrontCover into LockFrontPlate - Cut 18mm of 1.75mm filament. straighten it and place it into groove in LockFrontPlate - Insert Assembled LockActuator into LockFrontPlate so the filament from step 6 will line up with wider groove on LockActuator - Insert LockLatch into LockBackPlate so the grove is facing up - Place assembled LockFrontPlate on LockBackPlate so the dimple on LockActuator goes into grove on LockLatch (LockLatch is in fully retracted position - Test the lock with the key
