Española, New Mexico is a vibrant city in the US, rich in Hispanic and Native American culture. It is also recognized as the “Lowrider Capital of the World”, with frequent car shows, a dedicated lowrider day every July, and a lowrider museum that is currently in the works. Española is also home to Stop & Eat Drive-In, a family-owned '50s-style roadside drive-in/diner. It has become a popular spot for car meetups, but also for anyone looking for great local food. The overall look and design of the drive-in is simple, classic, and inviting. - I used super glue for the doors and windows and roof trim, and hot glue for the signage and electrical panel - The base pieces were designed with a gravel texture on the top surface. I used the BumpMesh tool that was created by CNC Kitchen. It is an amazing tool that can easily put different textures on your models. The texture does add time to the print, so the base pieces take a little longer than usual, but the result looks so much more interesting than a flat, smoth surface. CNC Kitchen is one of my favorite 3D printing creators and I'm having a ton of fun using his texture tool. - https://bumpmesh.com/ - Use the base connectors, included in the 3mf file, to connect all the base parts together. I included 5 base connectors, but feel free to print more as the same base connectors can work on my other models that have the updated base design. - Assembly guide is included with filament list - Models sliced in Bambu Studio and printed on Bambu Lab and Elegoo printers.
