Beskrivelse

Basketball Fidget Spinner with Stand Before you decide to print: This model requires some assembly and gluing after printing and might feel complicated at first. But I can tell you it's worth the effort! Additional parts needed for the full assembly: - Ball bearing 608zz- most common bearings used in skateboards. https://www.amazon.se/s?k=608zz&crid=24GGOSLQLAMQE&sprefix=608zz%2Caps%2C99&ref=nb_sb_noss_1 - Small magnets, 6x3mm (diameterxthickness) - You can skip this if you won't print the stand and decide to print the ball without magnets. https://www.amazon.se/dp/B0B5RGXYQM?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title Printing and Assembly Guide: With magnets and stand BALL You can print Ball.3mf and customize the text as you like. 1.Ballv23 x2 Fuzzy skin mode on, 0.1/0.1mm for better surface finish, to get some ball texture feeling. Better turn on the supports. Here you customize your own design by adding text on the ball using Bambulab slicer. If you never used it there are some videos out there explaining in detail. Also you may want to use your AMS here to use different colors for the ball and the text. 2. Pinsv27 x2 no support, fuzzy or no fuzzy, works both ways. check if they fit well in the bearing. 3. CapswMagnetv2 x2 for magnets, or Capsv28 without magnets. 4. Lines_20%infill_regularsupport (this one is ready to print) STAND Important: Make sure that you insert the magnets correct, so the hands will catch the ball not push it. Mind the polarity. 1. Stand with logo- hilbert curve surface - 20% infill- 40mins Just print as it is, looks super cool with hilbert curve surface. 2. Both Hands with Hole_15% infill_36mins Just print (Shoutout to the guy I found the hands from but cannot find the stl anywhere when I searched for it again. I just remixed a little. If you see your hands here please let me know in comments.) 3. Pins for hand_no support Just print Ball assembly: 1. Insert the ball bearing into the slot of one side of the ball. Pro tip: If you want the bearing work better and smooth, remove the caps of the bearing with a screwdriver and put them inside a bowl of acetone from your gf make up bag, or isopropanol. There are videos explaining this as well, just youtube it. Super easy yet super efficient. 2. Bring the ball sides together and insert the lines, be careful lines are quite fragile and might break if handled wrong way. They are pretty tough vertically, can be hammered to sit in place. 3. Put the pins and push/hammer till they fit perfect inside the bearing. Start spinning. with magnets: Glue the magnets in the caps. Just use a cheap fast glue. It sits well. Stand assembly: 1. Glue the magnets inside the holes. 2. Glue the pins under the hands. Yes I couldn't come up with a better solution and easier print and no assembly. I'm a terrible and lazy guy. 3. Insert them inside the slots. Good luck with the assembly and hope you will enjoy playing with it. Let me warn you, if you live in an apartment try to not play with it after bed time, when it drops it wakes up your neighbors downstairs. Don't ask me how I found out. Yes some of the files are called v27-v28 etc. And yes I started from V1 and never skipped a version till v28. Spent some time to make this thing work. Sorry for my shitty guide, but I'll gladly help you if you have questions. Hope you'll like it! Boost Me (for free) If you love it, you can even boost it! Boost
