The story and problem to solve I love mountain adventures and hiking. On these trips, we often want to capture a panoramic group photo, but we're usually surrounded by rocks, trees, and uneven terrain, with nowhere to safely place a camera or tripod. To solve this problem, I designed a compact mounting device for the Insta360 Luna Ultra camera. It provides a universal way to securely attach the camera cylindrical surface—and even many irregular objects. The concept is simple: hang the mount on a tree, pole, branch, or railing, then secure it using two durable TPU straps. The camera itself is held firmly in place by a magnetic locking system, with two magnets embedded in the Insta360 clip and matching magnets integrated into the mount. The result is a lightweight, portable, and reliable solution that makes it easy to capture stable panoramic group photos in places where a traditional tripod simply isn't practical. The universal mount is compact, with all essential components securely stored inside and locked in place by a sliding snap mechanism. To make it both functional and fun, I designed it as a pair of cute whales, whose little tails also serve as hanging hooks. The compact shape saves space and makes the mount easy to find in your backpack. Assembly Assure you have printed all the parts! This print require AMS! Hardware required 2x m3x16mm Screws 2x 10x2 round magnets Insert one 10 × 2 mm round magnet into the camera clip and attach the clip. You may use a small drop of glue to secure the magnet if needed. Note: The magnet is optional, but it provides additional stability and extra security when the mount is hanging. Do the same with camera hanger. Attach camera hanger using 2 m3x16mm screws. Insert TPU straps this way, when you want to mount the hanger somewhere. To store all the parts inside, oll TPU straps and insert clips inside. Insert all parts structured and close the hanger
