The idea behind this design was to organize all my display models more efficiently (than last time) and I found Skadis system to be just perfect for this Filament display model by: Henlor I used a 36 cm x 56 cm Skadis Board to get all the measurements right I know there are a lot of other sizes out there and I will probably try to come up with a few more hook/shelves combinations to match them OK so let's get to it: There are a few print profiles, because I used different settings for the shelf, hooks and labels. Shelf profiles come with 2 sample plates to test your sizes, clearances etc. Shelves can be printed with or without label slots Shelves with labels will have to be organized differently than those without (I'll explain more down below) so the label doesn't block the filament model underneath All the hook slots and label slots are the same size My advice is to print the shelf first and then match the hook and/or label insert size The labels (text) were printed using a label maker No labels / tags layout: (can fit more on one board) Layout with labels / tags: Tags come in 2 sizes: (if you'd like another size, let me know in the comments and I'll try to make it) 31 x 21mm (30x20mm label) 41 x 13mm (12mm label) Shelves have 4 variations: Wide with tags Wide without tags Narrow with tags Narrow without tags Choosing a correct hook is shown below: I've spent a lot of time designing this because I wanted it to be sturdy but not heavy and most of all filament/cost/time efficient, but if you feel you need to increase infill or slow the print down, go for it :) (Careful with increasing the speed though because some parts are really small and you want them to be accurate) Happy Printing!
