Boost Me (for free) Thank you for your support, each boost encourages me a little more ! :) Boost Modular multi-part skull figurine (ZKULL Edition). Single-extruder compatible (no AMS), friction-fit pegs, optional glue, easy color swaps. Streetwear vibe. Files include optimized orientations + Bambu Studio print profiles. – I invite you to follow the rest of the ZKULL collection here – GIRL POWER (ZKULL EDITION #7) Discover ZKULL, a new collection of modular figurines inspired by urban culture and designer toys. The idea is simple: avoid AMS and reduce filament waste by offering multi-part models so everyone can choose their own colors with a single-extruder printer, no purge towers, no forced material changes. Each part is designed to be easy to print, assemble, and customize to match your style. I hope you’ll enjoy the collection, and I can’t wait to see your prints. Summary Model designed in multiple parts, assembled using friction-fit connectors. The pieces can be put together without glue, provided your material tolerances and printer calibration are accurate. The supplied files already include optimized orientations (for supports and positioning) — do not reorient parts unless you know exactly what you’re doing. ⚠️ Important: Depending on the type of filament used (PLA Matte, PLA Silk, etc.), assembly tolerances may vary. In my current tests, the fit is tight enough not to require glue, but results can differ based on your printer’s calibration and material settings. Regarding the model’s body with the jacket, the assembly should be done exactly as follows: The body must be inserted from underneath the jacket, and a slight “click” should be heard when the body locks into its optimal position inside the jacket. ⚠️ The cap is printed at a significantly reduced speed to improve the quality of fine details. Keep the 3MF file settings as provided to ensure optimal surface quality and overall finish. Printing Instructions Keep the provided settings: the included Bambu Lab / Bambu Studio profiles have been tested for this model and can be used as-is for reliable printing. Orientation & Supports All parts are positioned in the files to minimize supports and simplify post-processing. Do not globally reorient the parts; if you modify one, check how it affects support generation. Assembly – Recommended Method Dry fit first: Assemble all parts without glue to verify alignment and tolerances. Cleaning: Trim or lightly sand edges and pegs with a file or modeling tool for a smooth fit. Fine adjustments: Optional gluing: Use cyanoacrylate (CA) glue for permanent joints. Small parts (buttons, spikes): Depending on your printer’s accuracy, small details may need glue for proper stability. Back patch / logo: It’s recommended to firmly glue the back emblem for long-term stability. Final check: Ensure correct pattern alignment and mobility (if any parts are movable). Recommended Print Settings ⚙️ Material & Tolerances ⚠️ Important: Depending on the type of filament used (PLA Matte, PLA Silk, etc.), assembly tolerances may vary. In my current tests, the fit is tight enough not to require glue, but results can differ depending on your printer’s calibration and material settings. 🧩 Body & Jacket Assembly The body must be inserted from underneath the jacket. You should hear a slight “click” when the body locks into its optimal position inside the jacket. Do not force the part — if alignment feels off, lightly sand the connecting edges before retrying. 🧢 Cap Printing ⚠️ The cap is printed at a significantly reduced speed to enhance fine detail quality. Keep the 3MF file settings as provided to ensure the best surface quality and final appearance. 🖨️ Recommended Print Settings Layer height: 0.12–0.20 mm (use 0.12 mm for fine details) Perimeters (walls): 2–3 Infill: 10–20% (increase for load-bearing parts) Top/bottom layers: 4 Supports: Use the provided orientations — Bambu Studio / included profiles handle them efficiently Bed adhesion: Use a sk
