Boost Me (for free) Thank you for your support, each boost encourages me a little more ! :) Boost ZKULL EDITION Discover ZKULL, a new collection of modular figures inspired by urban culture and designer toys. The concept is simple: avoid the need for an AMS and reduce filament waste by offering multi-part assembly models, allowing everyone to choose their own colors using a single-extruder printer with no purge tower and no forced material changes. Each piece is designed to be easy to print, assemble, and customize according to your own style. New versions of the ZKULL Edition will be released regularly, so feel free to share your ideas. I hope you enjoy the collection. I can't wait to see your prints. Pirate ZKULL He was born on seas where the horizon is never a limit, only a promise. Where others see the endless ocean, he sees invisible routes drawn by wind and tides. His skull reveals neither fear nor hesitation, only the echo of countless voyages. His hat challenges the storms, his jacket moves with the salty wind, and his posture stands firm between adventure and legend. He does not wander aimlessly. He follows the current. His style is not a costume, it is a statement. Every fold of his jacket, every trace of salt on the fabric tells the story of days spent facing the vast ocean. With his hands in his pockets, he observes the world like a captain who already knows the path ahead. Others search for treasure. He searches for freedom. He watches over the shifting sea routes: the deceptive calm before the storm, distant silhouettes of ships on the horizon, the whisper of wind through the sails. He notices what others ignore — a changing current, a wave too silent, a sign that adventure is near. When chaos rises, he does not rush. One step forward. One steady gaze. And the ocean finds its balance again. He does not sail for glory. He sails for adventure. And when the sun sinks into the horizon, lighting his hat and the endless waves, he stands there — still — like a figure between myth and reality. He is not just a pirate. He is the free spirit of the sea. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ About the figure’s shoes Using an AMS is only necessary if you want the shoes to have a different color from the feet. However, this is entirely optional. Summary This model is designed in multiple parts and assembled using connectors. The pieces hold together with a press-fit if the tolerances are compatible with the material used and your printer’s calibration. The provided files already include optimized positions (for supports and orientation). Do not change the position of the parts unless you know exactly what you are doing. Printing Instructions Keep the provided settings: the Bambu Lab / Bambu Studio profiles included in the archive have been tested for this model. You can use them as they are for reliable printing. Orientation & Supports: the parts are positioned in the files to minimize supports and simplify post-processing. Do not globally reorient the parts; if you modify one, check the impact on supports. Assembly – Recommended Method Dry fit: assemble all parts without glue first to verify alignment and fit. Cleaning: lightly deburr the edges and connectors with a file or modeling tool to ensure uniform contact. Fine adjustments: very light sanding if the fit is too tight (200–400 grit sandpaper). If the fit is too loose, add a thin strip of PLA/PTFE tape to the connector (very discreetly) or apply a small amount of glue. Optional fixing: glue can be used for a permanent bond. Final check: verify pattern alignment and mobility (if there are moving parts). Recommended Print Settings Layer height: 0.12–0.20 mm (0.12 for finer details). Perimeters (walls): 2. Infill: 6–15% (can be increased for structural parts). Supports: use the orientation provided in the Bambu Studio files. Bed adhesion: use a brim if contact surfa
