The Technical Twist: The cap's locking system is specifically designed to leverage 3D printing mechanics. Once inserted, a slight rotation allows the internal linear seam to create the friction necessary to lock the components (Twist-lock). The fit is so secure that you can lift the entire loaded kit just by holding the cap! Key Features: · Rotating Base Support: Enables smooth and comfortable rotation, allowing for quick identification and easy access to the tool you need. · Easter Egg / Secret Compartment: The cap is designed with a cavity, allowing for a hidden "Easter Egg" inside the Hex that can only be removed after opening the Smart Friction Lock Cap! Use it to hide a small surprise, a special spare part, or a rolled-up banknote. It’s the perfect place to keep small items you don’t want left out on your desk. · Smart Closure: The Smart Friction Lock Cap slides in easily and, with a slight turn, uses the 3D print’s internal seam to lock into position via friction. This prevents any accidental slipping. · Double-Sided Holder: Features a perforated layout on one side and a raised bottom on the other for a specific symmetrical compartment. Recommended Print Settings: · Material: PLA or PETG · Layer Height: 0.2 / 0.24 mm · Walls: 4 (Important for the strength of the locking mechanism) · Seam: Set to "Aligned" – Avoid "Random" seams to ensure the friction-lock effect works correctly. · Infill: 15% - 20% - 25% for the main body. · Supports: Tree supports for the Cap & Double-Sided Holder.
