Meet the Modular Snapback Hanger , a print-in-place, zero-support vertical organizer designed to keep your baseball caps, hangers, and accessories perfectly organized while saving precious wardrobe space. ⚙️ How it works: Print-in-Place: The model prints completely flat on your build plate with no supports needed . Twist & Lock: Once printed, simply rotate the inner tab by roughly 40 degrees until it clicks into place, creating a sturdy hook for your cap’s snapback strap, a hanger, or other accessories. Go Modular: The bottom hook of one module perfectly links into the top loop of the next. Chain as many as you need to build your ultimate vertical cap cascade! 📐 Dimensions & Print Stats: Size: The main body measures 60x35x4 mm (excluding the protruding hooks used to link into the loops of adjacent modules). Print Time: Less than 30 minutes to print a single complete piece (body, large hook, and small hook). Filament Usage: Approximately 7 grams per module. An incredibly fast print and a perfect way to use up your leftover filament scraps! 🛠️ Design Features & Printing Settings: No Supports Required: Optimized bridges and built-in clearances mean you can print it flat and pop it off the bed ready to go. Versatile: Can be hung directly on the main closet rod, over a standard clothes hanger, or linked in sequence. Material: Works great in standard PLA or PETG (choose PETG if your closet gets very warm or if you plan to hang heavier items). Infill: 10-20% Gyroid or Grid is more than enough for cap storage. Perimeters: I highly suggest using 3 walls/perimeters to ensure maximum strength on the mechanical hinge and hooks.
