About: This is a completely 3D printed lamp! (except the bulb and socket ;)) The goal of this design was to make an easy to assemble lamp which would not need any other parts than the bulb and the socket. Only one part of the whole assembly needs support! Extra Parts: You need a E14 socket and a power cable for this build. The socket can not be more wide than 28mm. I used this type of socket, but any other no wider than 28mm will fit: There are also versions you can buy with cable and switch: Build Instructions: Print the following parts(or all plates of the print profile): the stand the bottom clips the adapter holder, the top connector ring and the base 7x Spline Even and 7x Spline Odd 14x Leaf 1.00, 14 x Leaf 1.05, 14 x Leaf 1.10, 14 x Leaf 1.15, 14 x Leaf 1.20, 21x Leaf 1.25 (they are different sizes, if you want it less complicate just print 91 x Leaf 1.20) Pull the cable through the stand. Connect the socket to the cable and insert the bulb. Connect all the splines to the base part and put the top connector ring on top of the splines for more rigidity, the socket has to be at the right position allready here! Clip the Leafs to the splines: Sort all leafs by their scale, the biggest one is leaf A, the smallest leaf F Leaf E (the smallest leaf) gets inserted into the top slot Then insert Leaf E-B downwards The spline even part has 7 slots instead of 6, so use leafs in this order top to bottom: F E D C B A B Insert the adapter part onto the stand and turn it by some degree (there is only one right position to insert it) Connect all the splines to the base part Insert the base on top of the connector, turn it some degrees to secure in place Pull the socket and bulb into their right position Fix the cable with the bottom clips onto the bottom of the stand.
