I received a request to redesign my beer crate into one that can hold 24 cans, and I took on that challenge, so here it is! I've done my best to minimize visible joints, while ensuring it's strong enough to hold 24 cans. Only 2 of the ends can be printed separately, as I couldn't make it look good and be strong enough otherwise. It's strong enough to carry 24 cans! As always, everything is easy to print with minimal support, and assembled without screws etc. However, the joints are very tight, so it may be necessary to hammer it together. I've attached a PDF with pictures of the assembly sequence. It's a good idea to print the TEST pieces to see if they fit together. And it's a tight fit, so it might need to be hammered or pressed together. NB! Using this beer crate with 24 cans is entirely at your own risk.
