Gyro Cup Holder The Gyro Cup Holder is an interactive, multi-axis ring system designed to keep your items perfectly leveled through mechanical motion. It is a practical piece of engineering that adds kinetic movement to your workspace or vehicle. Design and Concept This functional kinetic mechanism brings the physics of a traditional gimbal to your furniture or transport setup. The concentric rings pivot smoothly on multiple axes, allowing the inner mount to remain upright regardless of how the outer frame shifts. The central housing (P3) features an internal diameter of 77.55 mm, making it an ideal fit for standard cups, small planters, or desk organizers. Customization and Remixes (STEP File Included) A STEP file is included in the project folder to allow the community to modify the design and create specialized remixes. This gimbal serves as a versatile base that can be adapted for any environment: Vehicles: Create a stable drink holder for your car or motorcycle. Seating: Integrate the holder into the armrest of a chair. Desks: Flush mount the system directly into a tabletop. Mobility: Design a bracket to attach it to a bicycle or scooter.
