Sébastien Leroux
Based in New Caledonia, I work as an environmental consultant in industry, urban planning and buildings, focusing on energy, bioclimatic design, thermal comfort, risks, regulated facilities and biodiversity. I fell into the 3D printing rabbit hole in April 2026 after restoring a used Ender 3 V1. Since then, I’ve been hooked on its creative and practical potential, especially in a remote island context where spare parts are expensive, slow to arrive, or sometimes impossible to get. Each project is also a chance to learn more about design, CAD, materials, electronics and printer mods.
