The Design Want stronger fingers? Why Not try finger training Here we have a finger board style grip trainer, Perfect for climbing or other sports that require grip strength The trainer itself is all push-fit, The parts fit very tightly together and should not fall apart. 2 Bases are included (a thin and a thick one, to suit your hand size) For this model you use Elastic Bands on the outside (see images) - Increase the number of bands to increase the resistance The edge is 20mm deep If you are keen to use this seriously please look into how to train fingers properly, as with all training it can be unsafe if done incorrectly. Printing Print the moving part at 100% infill to ensure strength, The base could also be done at 100% but this isn't required.
