Boost Description Cup holder adapter for the Yeti Rambler 14oz to fit Ford F-150 cup holders. Definitely works for 2020 model years, and according to ChatGPT, should also work for 2015-2020 and F-Series Super Duty models F-250, F-350, F450 from 2017-2022. It may fit other models as well. What it does The Yeti 14oz cup has a wide base that does not fit in standard vehicle cup holders. This model is an insert into the existing cup holder and accommodates the wide Yeti 14oz cup allowing a perfect fit in your F-150 and possibly other vehicle models as well. Without this adapter, the cup sits precariously on the console and is prone to tipping and spilling. With the adapter, the cup is held securely, even around sharp turns and rough roads. Please see photos. Additionally, the bottom portion of the cup holder is hollow so you can use that to hold small parts, change, etc, so that space is not wasted and can be utilized for extra convenience. Materials / Filament I printed the one photoed using Bambu Labs ABS-GF (glass fiber) which has very little shrinkage. The model is sized for this, so there should be no need for scaling. I did include a second build plate that is scaled to 104% to account for ABS (no glass fiber) shrinkage. Also, since the inside of a vehicle can get very hot in the summer depending on your location, I chose ABS and ABS-GF as it should not soften even in the hottest of vehicle inside temperatures. ASA should work fine as well. PETG will definitely work with the profile, but may be borderline temperature-wise if you live in a really hot locale. I wouldn't recommend PLA unless you live in a cold climate - but it will still print fine. NOTES The included default profile prints pretty slow. This was mainly for the filament I used which was ABS-GF and I chose a slow printing speed for good layer adhesion. I also annealed the print in my dehydrator at 90C for 4 hours after printing. No supports are necessary, though for ABS and ASA a brim is recommended. For ABS-GF, I printed on a Garolite G10 plate with hair spray or 3DLAC as a release layer - absolutely no issues and ABS-GF prints like a dream on the X1C with no warping or shrinking.
