tablet phone holder car headrest adjustable

Beskrivelse

Membership Subscribe if you want to support me Join Keep the backseat entertained with this highly adjustable, universal car headrest mount. Designed to securely hold everything from a Nintendo Switch to a large iPad/Tablet, it’s the perfect companion for road trips. Key Features Universal Compatibility: Adjustable clamp system that fits smartphones, gaming consoles (Nintendo Switch), and tablets. True Quick-Release: Drop your device in and lock it in seconds, making it effortless to take your device with you when leaving the car. Innovative Fast-Thread Nut: The locking nut only has threads on one half. This means you can slide it freely into position and tighten or loosen it with just a quarter-turn ($1/4$ turn). Full Adjustability: Easily adjust both the height and the viewing angle for the perfect ergonomic setup. Built-in Cable Management: Features a dedicated "pocket" to hold your charging cable neatly when it’s not actively plugged into your device. Hardware Required To assemble the mount, you will need: 1x M5 x 35mm Bolt 1x M5 Nut (A locknut / nyloc nut is highly recommended to prevent it from loosening due to car vibrations). 100% 3D-Printed Option (No Metal Hardware Needed) If you don't have real hardware on hand, I have included a fully 3D-printable bolt and nut in the files. ⚠️ Important Assembly Note: The 3D-printed bolt is designed as a press-fit. Do not try to screw it into place—simply press it firmly together. Print Settings & Tips Material: Since this sits in a car, PETG, ASA, or ABS is highly recommended to withstand summer heat. Avoid standard PLA as it may deform on hot days. Orientation: Check the sliced preview or standard print profiles for the optimal printing orientation. Boost Me (for free) If you like me design, please give me a boost! Boost Step-by-Step Guide Prepare the Parts: Gather the main arm, the tablet/Switch clamp components, and your hardware (or the 3D-printed press-fit bolt). Snap the Clamp Together: The main holding bracket and the adjustment nut snap directly together. No tools are needed for this part—just align them and press until they click. Orient the Fast-Thread Nut: When sliding the components onto the main threaded rod, make sure the innovative Fast-Thread Nut is positioned at the very top. Secure the Pivot: Use the M5 x 35mm bolt and nut (or the 3D-printed press-fit pin) to secure the tilt/angle mechanism. If using the 3D-printed pin: Remember to press it firmly into place rather than screwing it. Your headrest mount is now ready to be installed in the car! How to Setup & Use (Daily Operation) Once assembled, setting up your mount for the first time is incredibly easy, and daily use is lightning fast thanks to the quick-release mechanism. Initial Setup (First Time Only) Set the Height: Move the top nut (the Fast-Thread Nut) to the desired height where you want your device to sit, and twist it a quarter-turn to lock it in place. Insert Your Device: Place your iPad, Nintendo Switch, or phone into the bottom clamp. Secure the Base: Srew the bottom nut up against the device and tighten it gently. ⚠️ Note: Do not overtighten! Just tighten it enough so your device sits securely and cannot slide out. Daily Use (Quick Release) Once the bottom bracket is set to your device's size, you never have to adjust it again! Taking your device out: Simply loosen the top Fast-Thread Nut with a quarter-turn (1/4 turn), slide it up, and take your device with you. Putting your device back in: Drop your device back into the cradle, slide the top nut down against it, and lock it with a quarter-turn. Voilà! Car Compatibility & Custom Requests This specific model is designed to fit an XPENG G6 MY24. However, I can easily modify the design to fit other car models! If you want a version customized for your specific vehicle, I just need the following 3 measurements: Rod Diameter: The thickness/diameter of the metal headrest rods. Rod Spacing: The distance between the two headrest rods (either measured cente
