Instead of throwing away a favorite pair of sunglasses after an arm snaps off, this model gives them a completely new, hands-free lease on life. This design allows you to securely mount a pair of glasses directly to the brim of any standard baseball cap. The integrated swivel mechanism gives you a cool (geeky?) solution—letting you seamlessly flip the lenses down over your eyes when it's sunny, and flip them up out of the way when you walk indoors. How it Works - The Swivel Mounts: Two compact swivel joints are glued directly onto the outer frame corners of your glasses where the original arms used to connect. - The Brim Clips: The swivels snap into sturdy, low-profile clips that slide securely onto the edge of your baseball cap's visor. - Dual Action: Once clipped on, adjust the had and the glasses to be perfectly positioned at eye level, yet completely out of your way when flipped upward. Printing & Customization - Supports: None. The clips are optimized to print flat on their side or back to avoid complex support setups. - Layer Height: 0.2mm works perfectly. - Material Recommendations: PETG or ASA are strongly recommended though standard PLA will work (though the clips could lose their clamping tension or warp in high temperatures). - Post-Processing: Snap the swivels into the holes in the clips. You may need some force to get them in. If they are too hard to turn, use some pliers to twist them back and forth until they turn with only a little resistance. Use a strong cyanoacrylate (super glue) or epoxy to bond the tiny swivel pieces to the plastic frame of your glasses.
