Elevate your filament sampling experience with these custom-designed Bambu Lab filament swatches, meticulously crafted to showcase infill patterns like never before. These swatches feature unique, see-through designs that make infill patterns clearly visible while maintaining the well known low-profile form factor - perfect for display, organization or comparison. Key Features: Transparent Window Design – Visually inspect each infill pattern in action, thanks to carefully modeled openings that highlight the structure within. Low Profile – Sleek 3D model with a minimal shell while maximizing the infill. CAD-cased optimization – these aren’t just the good old swatches printed with an infill - the swatches were pre-modeled in CAD to precisely expose and support the infill pattern which Bambu Studio alone can’t achieve. Swatch compatibility – Designed to perfectly fit the Bambu Lab 24x24 mm swatch systems for easy storage and organization. Label Slot – Includes a 12x22r2 recessed label area for clear, standardized filament labeling. Comprehensive Infill Coverage – Includes a swatch for 20 infill pattern available in Bambu Studio, giving you a full view of structural differences (or similarities) . Color Profile Options – Comes with 2-color and 1-color print profiles for use with H2Ds Dual-Nozzle, an AMS or single-extruder setups. Printing Instructions: Multiple Bodies: each Swatch comes with 2 different bodies that are puroposefully disjoint in the 3mf file - you will get a floating cantilever warning. This is intentional, since it would be otherwise impossible to print such a swatch with a single body or multi-part bodies Recommended Material: Use an opaque filament for the base and a contrasting color for the infill to maximize visibility. Layer Height: the file is designed 0.2 mm for optimal balance between detail and speed, it also works with 0,1 mm but certain infill patterns have a heigh failure rate this way. Infill Density: Set to 25 % to match the design intent and expose the correct pattern - 33 % works with most patterns, but 50 % is too much for nice visuals Supports: while the model can be printed “right side up” without supports, flipped upside down with minimal supports givese you a cleaner base to print the infill on (this is the way i provided the default profiles) Labeling: Use pre-cut labels (12x22r2 mm) or print-on-paper inserts for consistent branding - a label template for the Brother P-Touch Editor is included ignore this warning :) Alternative Suggestions Looking for a matching swatch without the windowed pattern preview?
