I store my filament in airtight bags and leave inside the original Bambu cardboard boxes 📦. I couldn’t find a simple solution to easily show a sample of the filament on the outside of each box, so I created the Filament Box POP SWATCH. Only 2 grams of filament and 4 minutes printing time per swatch, you can quickly and easily create many sample swatches (up to 8 in a single print on my X1C) for your boxes in a short period of time! I quickly realised perfectly aligning the location of each swatch exactly the same for every box is hard work 😪. So I created an Alignment Guide to pre-mark the exact spot where the pegs need to be inserted. This results in perfectly consistent placement every time! 🎉 ⭐ INSTRUCTIONS ⭐ Print the Starter Kit which includes one POP SWATCH and the Alignment Tool ( you will only ever need one of these ) Place the Alignment Guide along the edge of the box and apply pressure to mark the location of the holes (see GIF in images) Align the Pop Swatch pins with the holes and press firmly, the swatch will POP into place Print more POPS by selecting the appropriate print profile depending on how many POPS you want to create at a time NOTE: All profiles are set to print BY OBJECT so there isn't wastage, this does limit however the number that can be printed at a time due to spacing required between objects.
