I was unhappy with the door of my CC2 not opening far enough and found the Elegoo Centauri Carbon 270 Degree Hinge by MagicShrimp. The hinges would not work on my CC2 since there were no screws to mount them. I remixed the hinge to use 2 mm thick double sided foam tape to attach it. There are 2 pockets in the hinge base to accept the foam tape. They also are secured to the space where the original hinge was mounted with a 3 mm screw. This provides a better door seal in this area as well. The file is for the lower hinge set. In order to print the top hinge just mirror this set. I have been using these for a few weeks now and the hinges have been working as expected with no signs of sagging or coming loose. It makes the printer chamber much easier to access. Thanks to MagicShrimp for the original design! I hope this remix helps everyone looking for a similar hinge that works on the CC2.
