Simply right-click the text, select “Edit Text”, or edit the text object directly, and replace it with your own message. When using the 3MF file in another slicer, you will need to delete the existing text and add your own text again. Please note that for multi-colour models, using the STL file requires you to assign all colours again. This is not caused by the model itself, but by the way colour changes work with this type of printing system.
