Add a cylinder next to the ring. Select both objects and scale them according to the calculated percentage. If resizing is difficult, leave a comment, and I can create a version in your exact size. For this model shown in the photos, I used Bone White color option: drybrushed it quickly with a darker tone. The model in the photos was printed with a 0.2 mm nozzle, the 0,4 mm version comes out very good as well.
