Mario Mushroom Credit Card Tap Wand Turn your contactless credit or debit card into a Mario Mushroom-inspired tap wand . The card slides into the topper and is held in place by the screw-on handle. Once assembled, just tap the mushroom end against a compatible contactless payment terminal the same way you normally would with your card. Create Your Own Credit Card Tap Wand Included Files STL files for the individual printable components 3MF version for easier multi-color setup Front and rear topper pieces Screw-on handle Alignment pieces where applicable How It Works Print the topper components and handle. Assemble and glue the front and rear topper halves. Insert a standard credit or debit card through the opening in the bottom of the topper. Screw the handle into the threaded receptacle. The handle helps retain the card inside the topper. Tap the topper against a compatible contactless payment terminal. The card can be removed later by unscrewing the handle. Printing Suggestions A good starting point: Layer Height: 0.20 mm Walls: 3 Infill: 15–20% Material: PLA or PETG Print the topper halves flat on their mating faces where possible. Supports should generally not be necessary for the primary parts. Elephant-foot compensation can help keep mating surfaces, card openings, and threaded components clean. Good dimensional calibration is recommended for the threaded handle connection. For the multi-color mushroom design, the 3MF version is recommended because it makes the individual colored elements easier to identify and assign in your slicer.
