Beskrivelse

This is a mount for a magsafe charger that attaches to the AC vents of your car.  I just attached a generic magsafe disk off amazon to the mount with double side HD tape.  These models have been sized to fit a 2024 Mazda 3 (Gen 4), 2018 Chevrolet Suburban (and equivalent generations of Silverado, Tahoe, Yukon, Sierra, Escalade, etc), and 2025 Mazda CX-50.  The vent spacing and hook lengths are different for different vehicles.  I included STEP files in case you want/need to modify for another vehicle fitment.   You will need to print 2X of the ball_spacer (red) part. Assembly: Insert the BALL into the MOUNT_BASE as shown in xsec view.  Next, place the 2 red BALL_SPACERS into the brown BALL_NUT.  This step can be tedious, because the spacers tend to fall out if not careful.  now, take the BALL and MOUNT assembly and screw it together with the NUT and SPACERS.  Next, Put the VENT_NUT over the end of the VENT_MOUNT, and thread the VENT_MOUNT into the BALL threaded hole.  Now, slide the HOOK into the slot in the VENT_MOUNT, and thread the VENT_NUT onto the HOOK.   All of these designs are for use on the AC vent to the left of the steering wheel in the vehicles specified. The small orange wedge in one of the screenshots is used in Mazda CX-50 to limit the right to left movement of the vent.  Otherwise, the phone flops back and forth with every turn.   This is a remix of an existing design.  I can't find where I downloaded the original design.  Happy to link the original designer if they reach out...
