Beskrivelse
To create the ring, -create the pcb, use 0.6mm thickness or small, gerbers in zip file. -populate pcb with all components -print the mold and use that to create a silicon mold -print the text portion -paint the text portion in white -use UV resin to fill in the gaps around each led on the PCB to connect onto the text portion -use the mold and use brass powdered filled epoxy (5.5g pt A, 5g part B, 30g brass), and one drop black pigment, to surround the text portion (recommend degas resin, pressure pot in the mold) -fill in the alignment gaps from the mold that held the text portion in place -sand until all the text is exposed, i went from gradually from 120 grit to 7000 grit, and finish with 0000 steel wool -make and solder in battery tabs from nickel sheet -insert battery screw hole, batteries and battery holder piece hold near flames, or a cup of coffee and watch it light up!
