H0 scale wooden cargo crates The original crate size is designed to fit H0 scale high-sided open Eas wagons. Two crates fit side-by-side in one such wagon, and 4 crates fit lengthwise in an older, shorter wagon. The original design was made for a crate measuring 21.3*24.6*14.8 mm, which corresponds to a real-life crate of 185*215*130 cm. The design is optimized for a 0.4 mm nozzle. When using a 0.2 mm nozzle, it can be scaled down to about 50% (54% for N scale, 72% for TT scale) and can also be scaled up in the slicer. The model consists of a crate and a matching pallet. These can be printed as separate objects or as a single object. When scaling up, it is recommended to print the pallet separately. Printing the pallet separately is also recommended when dowscalling and when increasing the height of the crate.
