Cup Cutter for 110 ml Paper Cups A simple tool for cutting 110 ml paper cups into small disposable bowls at a consistent height. Example of compatible paper cups Example of compatible blades It can be used for many purposes, such as preparing single-use containers for a cat’s medication, small food portions, paint, craft materials, screws, or other small items. Required Hardware 1 × standard single-edge razor blade (scraper blade), approximately 38 mm / 1.5 in wide Printing PLA is suitable for all printed parts. Use a 0.2 mm layer height or similar settings. Supports are required for the Base file. Other parts can be printed without supports. Assembly Insert a standard single-edge razor blade into the Blade Holder . Close the Blade Holder with the Blade Lid until it snaps securely into place. Make sure the blade is fully seated and securely retained before use. How to Use Insert a 110 ml paper cup into the cutter until it reaches the stop. Position the cup so that the blade does not start cutting at the cup’s side seam. Hold the cutter firmly on a stable surface. Hold the cup from inside, pressing against the inner wall closest to the blade. Rotate the cup while applying gentle, steady downward pressure. Once the cut is complete, rotate the Blade Holder away from the cup to release the cut-off section. Remove the cut-off section of the cup. The remaining lower part of the cup becomes a small disposable paper bowl. Safety Warning ⚠️ The razor blade is extremely sharp. Be careful during assembly and use. Keep the tool away from children. After cutting, rotate the Blade Holder to its open position. In this position, the blade is safely recessed inside the cutter.
