This retro-inspired lamp pays homage to classic post-modern design. While the original inspiration featured glass parts, this build reimagines them using translucent 3D-printed translucent parts paired with a custom 3D-printed light bulb. Required Parts & Hardware All 3D-printed components 200mm COB LED strip Power board, switch, and USB cable 6x M3x10mm screws Assembly Instructions Print Components: 3D print all structural, base, and translucent parts. Wire Electronics: Connect the COB LED strip to the power board, plug the switch into the main switch port, and attach the USB cable to the power input. Assemble Light Tube: Insert the 200mm COB LED strip into the 3D-printed light bulb. Seat Electronics: Place the wired electronic components inside the main frame part with the ripples. Attach Top Arch: Position the top arch piece onto the main frame. Enclose Frame: Press the second structural frame piece onto the first to hold everything securely in place. Fasten Housing: Drive in the four M3x10mm screws to lock the frame assembly together. Install Translucent Glass Parts: Slide the glassy, translucent 3D-printed fins onto the frame structure from the bottom upwards. Mount to Base: Attach the completed upper assembly onto the printed base. Final Cable Routing: Fasten the assembly to the base with screws from the underside, then route the USB cable neatly into its dedicated cable channel. Your lamp is complete—enjoy the warm glow!
