This design features a clever print-in-place hinge system that gives the dolphin a realistic, fluid movement. At only 5cm long, it is the perfect size for a keychain, a fidget toy, or a cute desktop companion. Features: Print-in-Place: No supports and no assembly required. Just print and play! Fluid Articulation: Designed with multiple segments to mimic a real dolphin's swimming motion. Highly Portable: Its 5cm size makes it an ideal "pocket pal" or party favor. Detailed Texture: Optimized for 3D printing with a clean finish that highlights the curves of the model. Print Settings Recommendations: To get the best results and ensure the joints move freely, I recommend the following: Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm (for smoother curves). Infill: 15-20% (Gyroid recommended for strength). Wall Loops: 3 walls for extra durability in the joints. Material: PLA works best for crisp details and smooth movement. First Layer: Ensure your bed is clean and leveled; since it’s a small model, good bed adhesion is key. About the Design: This model was created to test the limits of small-scale articulation.
