Beskrivelse

Improve Filament Feeding • Reduce Gear Slipping • Prevent Failed Prints A simple but highly practical upgrade for the Anycubic Kobra X , designed to keep the PTFE/filament guide tube straight, stable, and properly aligned . When the filament tube bends or moves excessively, it can increase resistance along the filament path. This may make the extruder drive gear work harder and potentially cause filament slipping, inconsistent extrusion, under-extrusion, nozzle clogging, and failed prints . This support helps maintain a smoother and more consistent filament path by keeping the tube upright and properly positioned. Other design: Anycubic Kobra X Screen Protector: DOWNLOAD HERE Why Use It? ✅ Helps reduce extruder gear slipping Keeping the filament tube aligned can reduce unnecessary bending and resistance, allowing the drive gear to feed filament more consistently. ✅ Helps prevent extrusion problems More stable filament feeding can help reduce inconsistent extrusion and under-extrusion caused by filament feeding resistance. ✅ Helps reduce the risk of nozzle clogging Inconsistent filament feeding can contribute to extrusion issues and, in some situations, clogging. Keeping the filament path stable helps minimize one potential cause. ✅ Helps prevent failed prints A small mechanical improvement that can help make filament feeding more reliable during long printing jobs. Simple Design, Practical Improvement The support is intentionally designed to be simple, compact, and easy to print , without complicated mechanisms or additional hardware. - Specifically designed for Anycubic Kobra X - Keeps the PTFE/filament tube straight and upright - Helps reduce tube bending and unnecessary filament resistance - Helps improve filament feeding stability - Easy to install - Compact and lightweight - Minimal filament consumption - No support required - Suitable for PLA or PETG Recommended Print Settings Material: PLA / PETG Layer Height: 0.2 mm Infill: 15–30% Supports: Not required Walls: 3 recommended Note: This accessory is designed to help improve filament guidance and reduce feeding resistance. It cannot guarantee that extruder slipping, nozzle clogging, or print failures will never occur, as these issues can also be caused by other printer settings or hardware conditions. Installation Guide Install the support bracket first on the top section of the Anycubic Kobra X. Feed the four filament/PTFE guide tubes from the bottom upward through the support. Make sure all four tubes are routed correctly and are not twisted or sharply bent. Once all four tubes are in position, secure them into the upper holder. Check that the tubes can move smoothly and remain as straight as possible during printing. After installation, manually move the filament through each tube to make sure there is no excessive resistance. Important: 👉 Insert all four tubes from the bottom upward first, then attach them to the upper holder last. This makes installation easier and helps ensure the tubes are properly aligned.
