Ender 3 V2 Neo Linear Rod

This setup allows you to ditch the POM wheels and install linear rods on the X and Y axis of the Ender 3 V2 Neo. POM wheels wear out over time even when adjusted properly and these rods and bearings were around $20 CAD more than replacement POM wheels. Rods are cheaper than rails but serve the same function and will last much longer than POM wheels. Credit to the original author for all the work involved. I merely modified this slightly to work with the V2 Neo which requires a few different pieces to mount the rods for the X axis and to mount the stock hotend. It also requires drilling one hole through the aluminum extrusion to line up with the hole on the other side utilizing a 35mm bolt and nut in order to mount part right-x-rod-holder.stl since the extrusion on the front of the Neo does not have a channel. The mounting plate itself includes mounting holes for the Sprite SE Neo but you could also run this with a regular bowden tube setup. This setup keeps the stock CRTouch position (-42 X, -10.5 Y) and utilizes the metal CRTouch bracket. Supports were used for Ender 3 V2 Neo Linear Rails X Axis Mounting Plate.stl while all other parts can be printed without supports. I used PETG for all parts and printed with 30% infill. The linear rods are 400mm but I think you could go as short as 350mm.
