Beskrivelse
Designed for repairing damaged sections of electrical cables with a 5 mm diameter, such as computer monitor power cords. The mold consists of two symmetrical halves. To minimize hot glue adhesion, the inner surfaces of the mold must be coated with silicone lubricant before each use. To begin, it is best to dispense some hot glue directly into the open cavities of both mold halves, place the damaged cable inside, join the halves, and clamp them together. Then, inject as much hot glue as possible into the mold's conical opening. Allow it to cool, then carefully separate the mold halves. The parts shown in the photo were printed using optimized ABS+ filament. The molten hot glue did not damage the molds made from this material. Of course, more heat-resistant materials can also be used for printing.
