Fun model! you will need some glue, some dowels ( even balsa squares work), a plastic bag and a screw or small rod, and some string. You may need to split this file into objects in your slicer!! For printing, it is best to pause before the keel finishes printing, so that way, you can insert coins or weights (best with 5-7% infill) so the boat stays upright. For a simple rig, just glue a stick to the front, ( you can use the main part of the rig setup, but no other parts are needed) and add a triangular sail , with a string attaching it to the back of the boat. The next instruction on the rig, includes the other parts, for a more complicated, but cool looking rig system! Fist assemble the sail rig, by glueing the flat pice on top of the upright sail rig piece ( match hole size!!!) then use a small screw or rod to fasten the hinged pieces. After your rig assembly is done, glue it onto the front of the boat ( with the hinge facing towards the rear) and insert your dowels, and cut them to your desired sail size. Cut a triangle out of a plastic bag to fit your sail rig. Then glue a pice of string to the back of the bottom of the sail, towards the back on the dowel, and leave some slack, and connect to the stern. Let glue dry and you are ready to sail! It's very fun to print, build, and sail! Happy boating!
