We're coming up on the memorial for the September 11th attacks, and I wanted to make a model of the WTC complex. Not only as a memorial to the tragedy, but also out of genuine fascination. The WTC complex's architecture and layout is very interesting, and I wanted to make a reference model that allowed me to see the position of all the buildings. The only two pieces are the buildings themselves and the antenna on WTC 1. For this design, I chose to omit many of the building's more complex details, such as the windows and columns. I didn't pick a particular scale for this design, so keep that in mind, but the measurements for the base are roughly 10 x 10 centimeters. From the top of the antenna to the base, it is 16 centimeters tall.
