Chair Leg Cap This chair leg cap is designed for chair legs made of 16 mm round steel tubing. Its unique design feature is that the load is distributed across a 24 mm washer, preventing the steel tubing from cutting through the plastic. The tubing rests directly on this washer. You’ll need one 8.4 x 24, 2 mm-thick washer for each leg. This washer is inserted during printing. To do this, you’ll need to insert a pause in the slicer before printing the top layer. I recommend 2 shells and 100% infill. I used PETG.
